Marches out of Wu with a large army and camps at the entrance to Baqiu just as the news of Zhuge Liang's death reaches Chengdu, and nobody in Shu knows why — 'Here is Wu breaking their oath just as the Prime Minister has died!' It turns out to be Sun Quan reinforcing the border in case Wei attacks Shu in its mourning, but the alarm is what produces the Baidicheng garrison and the embassy.
