— Zhao Zilong Slays Five Generals; Zhuge Liang Takes Three Cities.
A general out of Xiliang, of great valour, wielding a battle-ax named 'Mountain Splitter', who brings Xiahou Mao eighty thousand Qiang tribesmen and is made van of the attack. Opens the battle at Phoenix Song Mountain reviling the invaders with his four sons beside him, and watches Zhao Zilong destroy all four in a single fight — 'overwhelmed with the loss of all his sons', he retires behind his own array while his Qiang are too frightened to fight. Claims the vengeance the next day — 'Is it not mine to avenge my four sons?' — and is brought to the earth by Zhao Zilong's spear in the third encounter.
