Court official who hears Liu Bei's grievance in the capital and tells the Emperor to his face that the Yellow Scarves rose because the eunuchs sell offices - urging that the Ten be beheaded. The eunuchs have him thrust from court, then arrange a face-saving list of minor preferments on which Liu Bei gets the Anxi magistracy.
