Chapter 109
— A Ruse Of A Han General: Sima Zhao Is Surrounded; Retribution For The House Of Wei: Cao Fang Is Dethroned.
Cao Fang's consort and Zhang Qi's daughter. She is in the rear apartments warning him that 'The Palace is full of spies, and if this comes out, it will mean trouble for me' at the moment Sima Shi walks in with the blood-written garment. Sima Shi points at her — 'She is of the Zhang house and must die!' — and against Cao Fang's weeping she is led away and 'strangled with a white silk cord at a Palace gate'. The chapter gives her a poem that deliberately recalls Empress Fu's death in ch66: 'History repeats itself; time's instrument, / Sima Shi avenges this on Cao Cao's heirs.'
